The doctor was an excellent doctor very thorough explained everything very well his staff on the other hand is a zero very rude they don't follow through with nothing I've been down there twice first time I went got blood test and never got my referrals the second time I went doctor was good.the staff sucked they didn't even call in my medications it's been 2 days now and I am a heart patient so the service is down there other than the doctor bite and I probably will be looking for another doctor

I highly recommend this doctor. I had a great experience at Dr. Joseph’s office. It was incredibly easy to setup my appointment and the times are very accommodating. Dr. Joseph’s office receptionist , she is very helpful to setup next appointment. I checked in online by text that doctor’s office sent it to me 3 days before appointment date. When I arrived saw doctor very quickly. Afterwards the Doctor came in, walked me through all the steps of the examination and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this doctor.

We never had an issue untill this past Tuesday, my son was seen by Lito Justo for his refill on ADHD meds in which they were refilled. My issue is that he also was seen for his stitches in his Left foot. We asked if he could write a prescription for a medical boot to keep my son from injury or stitches from coming out the doctor responded they sell them at Walmart. We searched Walmart and other places they didn't have any. We then called back to Calvary medical Cleveland and spoke to the nurse she first said my son would have to be seen to get the boot ordered in which we already had seen the doctor. Finally the nurse spoke with doctor and he sent a order in today in which is October 4th my issue is my son's regular doctor is McBride she's always on top of things but Lito Justo seems not to care about his patients he rushes people to get them out .

Great I love dr. Livingston

Wendy is the best. She cares and listens to her patients. The front office needs more training in privacy. Having conversations about billing and insurance in front of other patients does not seem ok.

I always receive the best care possible. Ms Manuel and her assistant are some of the best people around! I always get straight answers from Susan Manuel, PA-C. She truly cares for her patients!! I consider her and her assistant, Courtney as part of my family!

Nothing less than wonderful. Wendy is thorough, caring and listens to her patients. She is the first medical professional I've seen out of 13( I have alot of medical issues) that actually takes the time to set down and listen to what my symptoms are and what has worked/not worked for me in the past. She fully explains everything in great detail so I have a better understanding of what's going on in my body. She is extremely understanding and non judgmental of personal topics. She truly is a amazing doctor. Others in her field need to take note and follow her practices.

Great service, all very professional and skilled care. Follow up Apt for blood work went well as the prior days apt! The Quest tech save us a $180.00 dollars lab cost, first has ever saves us minion heath care!

Every time I see the doctor she is always so nice and kind

Dr. Lightbody is always really nice and asks us how we're doing. She's very informative. The only negative I have at the moment is that I took my son to see her first thing yesterday morning to refill a daily prescription and the pharmacy claims to have only received it around 9am. I don't know who that's actually on but the meds are for him to be able to focus in school and his behavior is declining.

Friendly, not much of a wait. The lady that draws blood is womderful!
