Raoul Perez, MD, is an experienced physician with over four decades of service in general medicine, caring for patients in Livingston, Texas. He is known for his thoughtful, patient-centered approach and his commitment to helping individuals better understand and manage their health.
Dr. Perez completed his medical education at the University Autonoma of Guadalajara and went on to complete residency training in Canada through the University of Saskatchewan at Regina General Hospital and the University of Alberta at Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton. His training in general medicine, combined with years of clinical experience, has allowed him to care for a wide range of complex medical conditions.

Originally from Canada, Dr. Perez grew up in the Banff National Park region of the Canadian Rockies. He was inspired to pursue medicine after a childhood experience with a compassionate physician whose kindness left a lasting impression.
He came to Livingston for an opportunity to serve the community and has remained for over 40 years, building lasting relationships with patients and families. Outside of medicine, Dr. Perez enjoys traveling and participating in charitable work, including supporting an orphanage in Colombia.
