Nimi Keating, MD, MPH
Family Medicine
Nimi Keating, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families in Livingston, Texas, and the surrounding communities—her hometown. She is dedicated to serving patients across all stages of life, from newborns to seniors.
Dr. Keating earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2011 and her Master’s degree in 2014 from Texas A&M University. She went on to complete her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in 2021 and finished her Family Medicine residency at Lone Star Family Health Center in Conroe in June 2025.

Dr. Keating is deeply committed to serving her community and has been actively involved in volunteer work throughout her career. Her service includes experiences like: mentoring elementary students, supporting local Girl Scout troops, advocating for patients in hospital settings, and working with organizations that support individuals after incarceration. She is also actively involved in her church, where she has participated in worship leadership and youth and children’s ministries.
Her approach to medicine centers on compassion, connection, and patient-centered care. She values building strong relationships with her patients and providing care that is both thoughtful and individualized.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Keating enjoys traveling, shopping, trying new restaurants, cheering on the Aggies, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
